Abstract

【課題】軌道輪をアキシアル方向に締め付けたときに軌道輪の変形を生じにくくし、軌道輪の変形による軸受の寿命低下を防止する。 【解決手段】内輪1と外輪2の間にボール3を組み込んだアンギュラ玉軸受において、内輪1のアキシアル荷重を支持する側面7と内輪1の外周面8の交差稜を面取りし、内輪1の側面7の外径Liを、ボール3のピッチ円径PCDとボール3の直径Dwとボール3の接触角αに対して、Li≦PCD−Dwcosαを満たす大きさとする。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a raceway ring when the raceway ring is fastened to an axial direction, and to prevent deterioration of the service life of a bearing caused by deformation of the raceway ring. <P>SOLUTION: In the angular contact ball bearing wherein a ball 3 is assembled between an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, a crossing ridge line of a side surface 7 supporting the axial load of the inner ring 1 and an outer peripheral surface 8 of the inner ring 1 is chamfered, and an outside diameter Li of the side surface 7 of the inner ring 1 is made to be the size satisfying Li≤PCD-Dw cosα with respect to a pitch circular diameter PCD of the ball 3, a diameter Dw of the ball 3 and a contact angle α of the ball 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
