Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle provided with a flow-straightening and controlling cylinder for flow-straightening and controlling a fluid discharged from the discharge port of the nozzle. SOLUTION: The nozzle 30 is constituted of a square-shaped discharge part 34 and a flow-in part 35 engaged with the same. The discharge part 34 and the flow-in part 35 are locked to be integrated to have fastening metal fittings 36 to be engaged on both sides of the outer peripheral wall in the longitudinal direction. The flow-straightening and controlling cylinder 40 is provided to flow-straighten and control the fluid discharged from the discharge port 33, to be positioned direct below the discharge port 33 which is optimum to flow-straighten and control and to be welded and fixed using a flow-straightening and controlling cylinder fixing pole 41 for holding the pivotal points of the flow-straightening and controlling cylinder 40 from both sides of the internal wall inner peripheral side 44 of the discharge part 34 in the longitudinal direction with the adjustment of a gap 40a between the cylinder 40 and the discharge port 34 through which the fluid is passed. 【課題】ノズルの吐出口より吐出される流体を整流調整用円筒を設け流体の整流調整を行うノズルを提供する。 【解決手段】ノズル30は、方形体をした吐出部34と係合する流入部35とで構成し、吐出部34と、流入部35をロックして一体化させ掛止する長手方向外周壁の両側に設けた止金具36と、該ノズル30は、吐出口33から吐出する流体を整流調整するよう設けた整流調整用円筒40と、該整流調整用円筒40は、整流調整に最適な吐出口33の直下に位置して流体が通過する吐出部34と整流調整用円筒40との隙間40aを調整して吐出部34の長手方向内壁内周横44の両側から整流調整用円筒40の要所を保持する整流調整用円筒固定柱41を用いて溶接固着して設けて、流入部35は、底壁42の中心部に流体を流入させる流体入口43を設けた構成である。 【選択図】図1
