Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispersion device that can reduce content of powder aggregates included in powder. <P>SOLUTION: Gas is injected by a gas injection means 7 as a swirling flow forming means to produce a swirling flow in a powder dispersion chamber 5. The powder containing powder aggregates supplied from a powder supply means 6 to the powder dispersion chamber 5 swirls within the powder dispersion chamber 5 by the swirling flow produced in the powder dispersion chamber 5, receives centrifugal force by the swirling and collides against the inner circumference surface 4 of the powder dispersion chamber 5, and moves along the inner peripheral surface 4 of the powder dispersion chamber 2 toward a discharge port 3 in a state in contact with the inner peripheral surface 4 of the chamber 5. 【課題】 粉体中に含まれる粉体凝集物の含有率を低減することができる粉体分散装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 旋回流形成手段である気体噴射手段7によって気体を噴射し、粉体分散容器5内に旋回流を形成する。粉体供給手段6から粉体分散容器5内に供給される粉体凝集物を含む粉体は、粉体分散容器5内に形成される旋回流によって粉体分散容器5内で旋回し、旋回によって遠心力が付与されて粉体分散容器5の内周面4に衝突し、その後粉体分散容器5の内周面4に接触した状態で排出口部3側に移動しながら粉体分散容器5の内周面4に沿って移動する。このときの衝突力および動摩擦力によって、粉体に含まれる粉体凝集物を分散させる。 【選択図】 図1
